I took this photo at the Hey! Workshops for people with disabilities and neurodivergence. The hand in the picture is not mine, but I wanted to capture the feeling of holding something small yet special. These shells, broken and shaped by the waves, remind me of how time and nature leave their marks on everything. The sand, the footprints in the background—everything tells a story. Photography helps me see and share these little moments, through my eyes and through others.
