Chemical Imbalance

I see faces, and they are watching me,

They follow me.

Sometimes I hide when an airplane flies overhead,

I hear mysterious words repeated wherever I go.

This feeling follows me,

And the vibrant colors trip me.

I struggle with inner conflicts between what is real and what is not,

All these are stopped after I take pills.
