Calling all photographers, artists, and photography enthusiasts! It's an Open House at CPB Lighthouse on August 25th to celebrate World Photography Day! The doors are open to the public, inviting you to share our beautiful space with us.

We have a variety of activities and events planned out, from our analog meet-ups to an engaging conversation between Chennai based visual Artist Madhavan Palaniswamy and CPB Co-founder Varun Gupta.

CAMERA SERVICE CAMP:

Bring your analog cameras and related accessories—tripods, bags, lights, etc.—to be inspected by experienced camera repair technicians. Small repairs will be handled on the spot, while you can get timeline and cost estimates for larger repairs.

In addition to our variety of events and activities, we are happy to open our photobook corner, where visitors can come and explore our abundance of artists' photobooks originating from India and all across the globe! Visit our CPB Lighthouse anytime between 10 am to 7 pm.

DSLR DONATION DRIVE:

Do you have a camera or device that’s unused and unloved? As a part of World Photography Day celebration at the CPB Lighthouse, help Chennai Photo Biennale spread the joy of photography to more students and passionate people.

We are looking for donations of DSLR cameras and lenses that are in working condition. In case you have one that you might be able to spare, do bring it along when you come for the open house on Aug 25! Your donations would go a long way in expanding our impact and helping us reach more deserving communities.
